All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions discovered during initial assessment.
Services are provided subject to a written agreement outlining scope, pricing, and timelines. Work commences only after agreement is signed by both parties.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Clients must provide safe access to the property during scheduled service times. If access is denied or unsafe conditions exist, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel service without penalty.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fortilume Dome or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Garden designs created by Fortilume Dome remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to implement designs on their property but may not reproduce or sell designs.

While we select plants appropriate for site conditions, we cannot guarantee plant survival as many factors beyond our control affect plant health. Warranty terms for planted material are specified in individual service agreements.
